Chart notes
UNION SWAG made the lead soon after the start, set a pressured pace between horses into the turn, shook clear in upper stretch under left handed urging and lasted under mild right handed coaxing. ENZITO allowed to settle, rallied through the stretch in the five path and was steadily cutting into the winners advantage late. KISSES FROM BRAZIL went evenly. DIVINENESS trailed early, swung wide and passed tiring rivals in the middle of the racetrack. STAY FEARLESS was no factor. GUNN'S ROAR pressed the pace three then two wide into the stretch then gave way. THUNDER SURPRISE pressed the pace along the inside down the backstretch, had speed into the stretch then stopped.
