Chart notes
HALF BIRTHDAY stalked the pace from three wide into the turn, rallied to challenge the leader turning for home, battled through the lane in a four way charge and finished best to prevail at the line. NAKED EYE tracked the leading pair from the rail to the turn, steadied off heels at the three-eighths pole when lacking racing room, settled on turn, angled five wide at the top of the lane and closed well to just miss. QUEEN ANNA T lunged at the start giving the field several lengths, was the distant trailer into the turn, closed the gap on the bend and finished with a rush up the rail to come up just short in a good effort. IRISH VICTORY pressed the early pace dueling from the rail, assumed command on the turn, dug-in to hold the lead to midway down the lane and weakened in the final sixteenth. GOLDEN NOLE dueld from two wide on the lead to the turn, drifted wide on the bend while tiring and dropped out in upper stretch.
