Chart notes
EAGLE NEST made the lead shortly after the start, set all the pace, drew clear in upper stretch under left handed urging and won under brisk handling. ROLL ON BIG O stalked the pace three wide, had a mild late rally and finished second best. RED CHILI PEPPER pressed the pace along the inside then two wide into the stretch and was outfinished. OLLIE'S FOLLY stalked the pace two wide then along the inside and went evenly. MAY MAYHEM failed to menace. MARQUITOS M was no threat. JOHN FITZGERALD had brief speed.
