Chart notes
POMPOUS PRINCE Unhurried five wide, four wide on the turn, angled out and rallied to take the lead late and was going away. CRYPTO CAUSEWAY Unhurried along the three path, two path around and rallied. ZI END Well placed along the three path, two path into the turn, four wide out of it, challenged three across at the furlong marker, began to drift in at the sixteenths pole and then bumped with HAY HARRY late. SUTTON BREEZE Tracked four wide, three path into the turn, took charge at the top of the lane, was hooked, battled between and weakened. HAY HAY HARRY Close up along the rail, two path into the lane, lodged a bid inside to challenge for the lead at the furlong maker and then was almost put over the inner barrier ZI END late while loosing all chance. MORE VINO Saved ground while always outrun. LADY'S GOLDEN GUY Set the pace along the two path, was collared and gave way. Inquiry sign was posted concerning ZI END almost putting HAY HARRY over the rail, plus a claim of foul by the rider of HAY HAY HARRY against ZI END for serious inference in deep stretch, resulted in the disqualification of ZI END from third to fifth.
