Chart notes
KERNESS set the pace off the inner rail, opened up in hand in upper stretch then responded under a brisk hand ride the final sixteenth of a mile. STRATEGIST stayed off the rail, circled the far turn four deep and gained the place. ENOUGH ALREADY broke sluggishly, was five deep leaving the far turn and passed tried rivals. PERUVIAN LUCKY , three wide both turns, chased the winner to the stretch and weakened. ARTWELL , a forward factor along the inner rail to the stretch, weakened. WINOOSKI stayed near the inner rail on the turns and was not a factor.
