Chart notes
BOYHOOD DREAM was quick to take charge, led under pressure from VERMONT, shook off that foe at the top of the stretch, faced another challenger at the eighth pole and just held sway over that one. KING COUSIN B gave chase just a few lengths back, was cued three wide rounding the turn and found a competitive position at the eighth pole, clawed away at the leader but lost the bob. VERMONT broke on top, pressed the pace from the two path until flattening out at the top of the stretch. READY TO RAGE trailed shortly after the start, passed tired foe in the stretch. RAGING MENACE broke slowly, gained position travelling up the backstretch, retreated soon after turning for home.
