Chart notes
SUPERNAL raced up close from off the rail, drew alongside the leader past the three-eighths pole, took over in upper stretch, dueled into the final furlong and drove clear in the last sixteenth. DEVIL BE ME stalked from out wide on the backstretch, navigated the turn four then five wide, put in a bid in the stretch but lacked the needed late kick to overtake the winner. INSTINCT D' ORO was fractious in the gate, sprinted to the front and set the pace in the early going, took pressure past the three-eighths pole, gave the lead away in upper stretch, fought back into deep stretch and flattened out late. RODRIGOKNOWS tracked two wide into the turn, angled out and came five wide into the stretch, kept trying down the lane and rounded out the superfecta. DANZING WILD CAT chased from inside into the turn, quickly shifted to the two path early on the bend, followed in range with a furlong remaining but could not produce a bid. GYPSY TEARS settled inside, steered out into the lane, kept trying through the stretch but needed to find more. CHASE N RYAN raced near the back of the pace in the opening stages, entered the turn in the two path, exited five wide into the lane and failed to menace. REFOCUS bobbled a bit at the start, coaxed along at the back, went three wide into the turn, angled out and came six wide into the stretch and was never a factor. JOKER WENT WILD raced up close in the early going, chased from inside around the bend and faded. I'M A BAD BOY chased four wide leaving the backstretch, entered the lane in the six path and weakened.
