NEOTERIC was bumped by RUDIE WON'T FAIL in the opening strides, chased toward the rear down the backstretch, was pushed along in the two path on the turn, proved no match for the leading pair in the lane but chased on to hold the show despite drifting out. LINE OF REASON was bumped by TWO JACK in the opening strides but nonetheless engaged KALATUA at the front past the eleven sixteenths, was left behind by that foe near the half, began to flatten out two wide on the turn and continued to flatten in the lane. TWO JACK was bumped by IGNITING EMBERS in the opening strides and bumped into LINE OF REASON as a result, settled at the rear, raced in the three to four path on the turn, and lacked the needed rally under a drive in the lane. IGNITING EMBERS broke outwards and bumped TWO JACK in the opening strides, chased midfield early, was hard urged in the three to four path on the turn and weakened in the lane.
