SON OF THOR vied throughout inside and held rivals safe through the final furlong while brushing with runner-up late. CLEVER TIGER dueled outside winner throughout, brushed with the winner late and just missed. OMAHA EIGHT trailed early then advanced extremely wide too late. BIG BROWN SHOES settled off the pace inside, angled out in the stretch and finished willingly. AINT NO JOKE outrun early outside, moved inside in the stretch with a mild bid. CAPITAL CONQUEST vied three wide to the final furlong and faltered. MEGA CHARLIE dropped back early and weakened steadily. PYLON flashed speed between rivals down the backstretch and gave way. A claim of foul by the second finisher against the winner for late interference was dismissed.
