Chart notes
PRACTICAL JOKER , fractious behind the starting gate, bore out bumping CITRINE leaving the starting gate, advanced three wide leaving the far turn, closed outside POURE OCTANE, took the lead late and drove clear. PURE OCTANE bid for the lead in the two path between horses leaving the backstretch, opened a clear advantage on the far turn, finished willingly but was not good enough. DROP SHOT lacked speed, left the far turn in the three path and had a slight rally. ORANGE ROAD saved ground the first turn, chased inside horses down the backstretch and gave way on the second turn. CALL ME A TAXI , no factor outside horses, turned for the home four wide. CITRINE , bumped leaving the starting gate, was outrun. PRESIDENT CAMACHO set the pace along the inner rail and faltered leaving the far turn.
