Chart notes
OUT IN THE COLD hard held off the heels of the angling in pacesetter in the early going, settled to stalk the leader to midway on the turn, rallied at the quarter pole angling five wide for the drive and steadily wore down the leader in the final sixteenth in a determined drive. BOOGIE WOOGIE set the pace from the gate angling to the inside across the winner's path early, opened a well measured lead while well rated, responded when challenged turning for home, drifted out a bit in the stretch causing rider to steer away from the winner and was outfinished in final hundred yards. SHEZ UNTAPPABLE tracked the leaders in a clear pocket through the turn, cut the corner turning for home, rallied well up the inisde but failed to run down the top pair as best of the rest. AFRICAN ANGEL was slow early to be the trailer and won the match race at the rear of the field while never posing a threat. EASTERN SUNRISE chased the top trio throughout failing to mount a closing bid.
