Chart notes
TAKE CHARGE CURLY took charge midway through the backstretch, drew clear in the far turn, repelled a bid by SPORTSCARR at the head of the stretch and edged away. SPORTSCARR saved ground inside, moved up menacingly nearing the stretch but was unable to get by and held safely for place. SQUALOTORO attended the pace while five wide, lodged a bid into the stretch but was unable to improve position late. KANGAROO COAST stalked the pace while three wide, and finished evenly. SNAP COUNT trailed and offered a mild bid. JULIUS THE GREAT fanned four wide leaving the backstretch, moved up into range while five wide in the final turn, and flattened. BRATTON tracked the pace while wide, and tired early.
