OSCAR'S ENCORE coaxed from the start, dueled from the two path with KIRBY GIRL to her outside, got set down spinning just off the inside into upper stretch, dug in under a drive and edged away in the late stages to score. KILBY GIRL coaxed from the gate, dueled four then three wide with the aforementioned foe to her inside, got set down spinning three wide for home, ran on willingly through to the finish while safe for the place honors. ONE LAST KNOCK chased three then two wide coming under encouragement with five-sixteenths to go, angled five wide into upper stretch, offered up a bid a furlong out, ran on to secure the show honors. RATU JAWA got bumped at the start by OSCAR BOUND breaking inwards and in turn bumped PAULA'S A STAR into NEXT ON STAGE, then got squeezed out as OSCAR BOUND continued inwards, chased four then three wide under a ride from the five-sixteenths marker, went eight wide into upper stretch, offered up a bid and kept on to the finish showing good courage after a rough start. PAULA'S A STAR bobbled at the break and then got bumped by the aforementioned foe due to pressure from OSCAR BOUND coming inwards, then got pinched out, chased along the inside under a ride from the five-sixteenths pole, angled out six wide into upper stretch and also showed good courage and improved position to the wire. ONE MORE GUITAR chased four then three wide coming under light coaxing with nine-sixteenths to go, had OSCAR BOUND attempt to lean out and take the three path near the five-sixteenths pole and denied the move holding steady to her lane, angled six to seven wide into upper stretch and weakened in the late stages. OSCAR BOUND broke in at the start bumping RATU JAWA into PAULA'S A STAR and in turn NEXT ON STAGE, then continued inwards squeezing out RATU JAWA and then pinched out PAULA'S A STAR, chased just off the inside under a light hold behind a rival, attempted to lean out three wide against ONE MORE GUITAR and was denied the move by that rival taking a brief firmer hold, spun three wide into upper stretch, weakened. NEXT ON STAGE got bumped at the start by PAULA'S A STAR due to pressure from OSCAR BOUND, then got bumped after the start by that same rival again due to pressure from OSCAR BOUND, chased along the inside under urging from the five-sixteenths pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and weakened. MINUTE BY MINUTE chased along the inside under urging with five-sixteenths remaining, cornered two to three wide into upper stretch, weakened.
