Chart notes
QUARTERBACK DAK sat just off the pace into the first turn, slipped through a seam into the backstretch then overtook the lead, drew clear in the far turn, and was kept to task. DRINKING AGAIN fanned four wide into the opening turn, saved ground, swung five wide at the quarter pole, and closed steadily. SNAP TO IT was brushed in the first turn, chased inside in the far turn, and was along late for show. SPACE raced in close quarters between foes, chased inside into the stretch and was bested late for show. COUSIN RICHIE drifted out in the first turn, brushing SNAP TO IT, chased four to five wide leaving the backstretch, and weakened while drifting inward. AMERICAN FARMER lead the way into the backstretch but was soon overtaken by QUARTERBACK DAK, chased three wide and faded. LETSGOTOTHENINO stalked the pace while three to four wide, and had nothing left late. THISCATSGOTSPEED fanned three wide in the first turn, tracked five wide in the backstretch, and tired early.
