Chart notes
HARNEY LANE raced near the back, traveled two wide on the turn, angled out at the top of the lane, rallied from the middle of the track, swept by the top pair at the sixteenth pole and won going away. UFFDA vied with a pair of rivals then dueled up the backstretch from inside, cleared in upper stretch, showed the way into the final furlong, challenged by FEISTY MITOLE shortly after, yielded to HARNEY LANE at the sixteenth pole and was able to edge FEISTY MITOLE for second. FEISTY MITOLE vied between rivals then had to take up early, stalked the top pair from off the rail, traveled two wide on the turn, challenged the leader from inside past the eighth pole but lacked the needed late kick and got edged for second. LEGAL FICTION chased outside a rival, three wide on the turn, closed in but lacked room between foes at the sixteenth pole and could not regain momentum. FALABELLA chased from off the rail then steered to the inside leaving the backstretch, asked along the rail on the turn, offered a mild response in the final furlong but needed to find more. LOCHMARA lacked early speed, saved ground to the stretch and was never a factor. BROKEN CIRCLE vied three deep then dueled from outside, yielded to inner rival at the top of the lane, tired and was not persevered with in the furlong grounds.
