SELECTIVE HEARING vied between horses, assumed command on the turn, responded to duel through the stretch and inched clear late to prove best. GESARA vied between horses early, dropped back, rallied four wide into the turn, challenged for the lead, dueled through the stretch and yielded late, grudgingly. ESKIMO CHARLIE vied inside, dropped back into the turn, leveled off and was all out for show. SUPERCALIFRAGILIST was crowded and steadied at the start, fell far back, advanced outside, swung wide leaving the turn and lacked a closing response. PRACTICAL SEVEN saved ground, lacked a bid and passed a tiring rival. CHARMING SMILE broke out, pressed the pace four wide, challenged for the lead on the turn, stopped into the stretch and was not urged late.
