Chart notes
SHADY GEM bobbled leaving the gate, chased out wide, went three wide into the turn, bid from outside, grabbed the lead at the five-sixteenths pole, kicked clear while drifting out and remained unchallenged through the final furlong. TIGHT DALLY forwardly placed on the inside, got crowded and steadied into the turn, moved over to the two path, rallied in the drive and gained second. HYDROPLANE chased in the two path, finished willingly in the lane but lost second late. BRETTS ACCLAIM chased in the four deep into the turn, moved into the three path on the turn and failed to respond. GOLD PROOF forwardly placed between foes, moved inside and saved ground through the turn and weakened in the drive. READYTOBOARD led outside a trio of rivals, crossed over into the turn, challenged by the winner early on the bend, lost command at the five-sixteenths pole, yielded to the winner, stayed on to the sixteenth pole and weakened late. MAGILLIGAN broke a step slow, trailed on the inside, moved out in the lane and passed tired rivals. BUCKY'S BOY sat off the pace, traveled along the rail then two wide on the turn and could not make an impact. SILVER REINS raced two wide with one beat up the backstretch, came three wide into the stretch, moved out and failed to menace.
