Chart notes
BOND MARKET tucked in two wide outside a foe heading into the first turn settling off the pace, advanced between foes late up the backstretch racing nearer the leaders, moved closer still while coming out to bid between foes at the quarter pole, came into upper stretch five wide with a narrow lead, edged clear late under steady handling. SILVERSTEIN was a bit reluctant to load, pressed the pacesetter, took over a narrow lead at the three-eighths, was challenged by an outside foe coming to the top of the stretch, fought on but was no match. BUIUM settled off the pace inside, moved out to advance on the far turn three wide, asked for more splitting rivals at the five-sixteenths and moving out further, came into upper stretch seven wide, was gaining well but too late. COWBOY was bumped at the start, moved forward stalking three to four wide, advanced on the far turn making a bid for the lead at the quarter pole, floated six wide into upper stretch, flattened out. PROUD PAINTER tracked from inside just in behind the leaders, saved ground through the turns, shifted out near the quarter pole coming four to five wide into upper stretch, ran on. WHATEVER YOU WANT was lightly bumped at the start, settled near mid-pack shifting in and saving ground inside, dropped back a bit on the far turn, came out a touch in the stretch and ran on evenly. MYSTIC PATH bumped a rival and was in tight at the start, unhurriedly brought up the rear, ran on evenly and never threatened. WONDERFUL QUALITY raced off the pace and was forced to alter outside a foe three to four wide entering the first turn, raced near mid-pack into the far turn still three to four deep, swung seven wide into upper stretch, failed to menace. IRISH MOJO chased from outside caught four to five wide on the first turn, began to drop back four then three wide on the far turn, faded in the lane. LAKE NASSER set the pace inside, was headed three furlongs out and put to urging soon after but came up empty.
