ROYALLY BITTER was reserved off the pace racing three-wide, moved up to offer a bid nearing the quarter pole then was four-wide entering the stretch, gained the lead at the eighth pole and prevailed. GARRINCHA was prominently placed racing along the inside, dropped back slightly nearing the quarter pole then slipped through during the drive and finished strongly. SKIPPER'S PRIDE set the pace racing two-wide, came three-wide into the stretch and held on fairly well during the drive in a steady effort. LAST CHANCE LUIS stumbled badly at the start unseating his rider and was waked off the track following the race. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate times.
