Chart notes
MASTER OF LIGHT laid off of the pace along teh inside, advanced to gain place passing the five sixteenths pole, sustained progress to bid outside of the leader and from the three path entering the lane, inched clear in upper stretch then held sway while hanging on his left lead. RUN BENJI RUN vied outside of a rival early on, drew clear in the three to two path into the turn but got caught by an outer bidder in upper stretch and was second best. MIRACLE MARK tracked from the two path, shifted out and chased in the four path and between horses at the three furlong pole then failed to menace. VANDERBILT brushed with an outer foe leaving the gate, prompted along the inside before failing to keep pace with an outer counterpart into the turn, chased from the three path around the bend, but lost place to an inner foe passing the five sixteenths pole and yielded. TAMINO broke a step slow, trailed in the two path and failed to factor. CLOCKER SPECIAL brushed with an inner rival at the start, chased from the three to five path into the turn then faded.
