Chart notes
MIKE'S LAST CALL was strongly urged from the start to make the lead, cleared and shifted in heading into the first turn, dictated terms near but off the rail, was asked in upper stretch, held sway under steady handling. LORD BLOCK settled at the rear inside, moved out to the two path edging closer past the three-eighths, came out five wide turning into upper stretch, could make no headway on the winner late. HANG TUFF chased from outside four to five wide, was asked for more at the five-sixteenths, moved out a bit further for the drive, ran on evenly. K J 'S RANSOM exchanged incidental contact at the start, was rank pulling against restraint from the seven-eighths to the three-quarters racing inside and in behind the leader, settled down continuing near and inside foes, saved ground on the far turn, flattened out in the lane. MY PATRIOT was caught five to six wide in the early going racing off the pace, was never near enough to threaten. POSITION OUR LUCK exchanged a light bump at the start, chased from between runners three to four wide, dropped back and faded.
