Chart notes
SOKOTA broke sharp, set a pressured pace along the rail into the far turn, shook off a stubborn DOC DALLAS in upper stretch, kicked away driving. DOC DALLAS broke alertly, pressed the leader into the far turn, no match from the furlong marker, chased on well late second best. WIN NO JOKE rated around the first turn, sent to the attack between runners around the second bend, closed the gap willingly for the show. RAGTIME SCRIBBLE under a scrub four and five wide to keep pace down the back stretch, had no late punch. SWINGING SOLO flinched back at the start, pressed four wide mid-pack into the far turn, came up empty through the stretch. BOSSME saved ground well off the pace, bid off the rail into the lane, never threatened. CADEMAN chased the leaders inside down the backside, under pressure leaving the quarter pole, gave way through the lane. MAXIMUS SPEED trailed throughout.
