Chart notes
JR SHADOW BOY broke sharply, dueled outside of rival, bid near the three-eighths pole and won handily in a measured ride. HARD LUCK PRAYER bumped with a rival at the start, saved ground, bid near the quarter pole and exchanged bumps late in the stretch. SPEEDY SPIRIT was unrushed inside, angled to the five path near the quarter pole, rallied and exchanged bumps late. Q'S TOPNOTCH bumped with a rival at the start, raced in the two path, bid at the quarter pole and was bumped, then faltered in the drive. TAIL GUNNER bid in the three path near the quarter pole but couldn't close late. RANK RANDY bobbled the start, dueled inside before giving way near the three-eighths pole and fading in the stretch.
