HOLDWHATYOUGOT was away alertly, set the pace, swung wide leaving the turn, bore out through the drive and held a narrow advantage. CITIZEN BARRETT in close outside, challenged for the lead on the turn, was carried out entering the stretch and continued to be carried out through the drive while dueling for the lead and was outfinished. FEAR THE CRUISE stalked the pace towards the outside, dropped in on the turn and finished well to get up for show. SPEND AGAIN was slow early, swung wide leaving the turn, shifted in and closed well. MENDELSSOHNS MUSIC stalked the pace between horses, dropped back on the turn, angled in, bid along the rail and lacked a rally. AMERICAN RED broke slowly and failed to threaten in an even effort. RUNDOFT refused, fell far back and passed a tiring rival. TAZ MARKING stalked along the rail, dropped back into the turn and stopped. THE STEWARDS' POSTED AN INQUIRY CONCERNING THE START.
