Chart notes
TAP TO OPEN pressed the leader from the three path, bid to vie with three furlongs to go gained an advantage as an outer CRIMSONITE took aim at the quarter pole, yet repelled that one leaving the furlong grounds and drove clear. CRIMSONITE stalked along the inside, then from the tow path around the far turn, took aim outside of the top pair from the four path at the quarter pole, bid in the five path in upper stretch but was repelled in the final furlong then held place. MOON OVER CHOCTAW stalked from the four to three path, chased around the far turn, floated five deep at the quarter pole, shifted wider in midstretch and stayed on to be denied place. RANDO raced off of the pace in the two path, chased in the four path and between horses into the final furlong and failed to menace. HEARTBEAT set the pace along the inside, moved to the two path while getting collared by the eventual winner at the three furlong pole, gave way entering the lane and faded. HUCK'S AGENDA trailed in the four path and made little impact.
