Chart notes
CALL ME ICE MAN took over the lead mid-way up the backstretch, held clear around the turn, saved ground turning for home, roused for more, responded, widened advantage and kept to task. ICE AGAIN sat outside off the early pace, made a four wide move near the quarter pole, hustled along the outside into the lane and ran on for second best. SWIFT AS I AM was reserved in the back, saved ground around the turn, shifted out heading into the lane, responded under a drive and rallied for a share. LUCKY'S SECRET tracked the pace along the inside, came two wide into upper stretch and got edged late for show. CABO MISCHIEF raced in range and tracked the leader up the backstretch, remained in contention three wide past the quarter pole then gave way. SAY IT NICELY was the closest pursuer of the leader at the half mile marker, sustained bid into the turn then weakened two wide nearing the quarter pole.
