Chart notes
SEEKING SAWYER raced outside in the second flight in opening stages, advanced three wide to race in striking distance at the quarter pole, took over the lead entering the head of the lane, stayed sharp in response under left handed pressure and kept clear. BOLT FORTY FIVE vied briefly then took over a slim lead, took on challengers at the quarter pole, got collared by the eventual winner at the head of the lane, ran on gamely two wide and held place. PERMAFROST was forwardly placed in opening stages then waited briefly after entering the turn, slipped through along the rail at the head of the lane, inched up closer late and just missed place. TRUE JEDI was allowed to settle in opening stages and raced in the back, responded when called upon and loomed boldly at the quarter pole, continued in striking distance in upper stretch then evened out. MIDSHAKIN raced between rivals leaving the backstretch, flattened upon entering the turn, hustled along three wide into the lane and failed to kick on. BATTLE PASS POSSE broke on top and vied for the early lead, chased two wide around the turn then gave way.
