Chart notes
BLURT set a pressured pace, drew clear on the turn, drifted out late and held safely. TAPINYOURBLUEJEANS broke awkwardly and threw his head at the start to be last away, was unhurried early and raced outside, rallied four wide on the turn, bid willingly to loom a threat, lost his path late, shifted in and settled for place. ROCKET HOTSHOT raced close to the pace along the inside, dropped back on the turn, bid off the rail, altered course past the eighth pole and closed to get up for show. JET FLIGHT raced mid pack, advanced to the turn, angled out to be widest in the drive and closed well. SAFE pressed the pace, bid willingly and came up empty late. ALVIN advanced to the second turn, bid three wide between horses to get within range, dropped back, tired and gave way. ELECTRIC CHARGE saved ground and was not a threat.
