STARSHIP TANGO Vied for the lead four wide, stayed four wide into the turn, dueled into the lane, battled between with the advantage and was caught on the wire. SMOKIN' ALONE Vied for the lead early, dropped back some at the top of the lane, responded to battled and finished gamely inside.
