KING ELVIS vied inside for the early lead, showed the way into the far turn, responded to a challenge from PUTTINGONTHEFOIL, and drove clear. PUTTINGONTHEFOIL tracked the pace while three wide, took advantage of the rail opening up in the final turn, moved up alongside KING ELVIS to throw down for the front, and gave way grudgingly late stretch after a hard drive. VECTOR tracked five wide, chased three wide in the final turn, and evened out. MR MORRIS pressed the pace while three wide, dropped back in the final turn and lodged a late mild bid. ROCKCLIFFE broke outward, chased along the rail, lacked running room inside leaving the backstretch, and was bested late. PATRIOTIC FREEDOM chased inside, and tired. TAYLOR FIELD lacked a clear path leaving, trailed the field, and offered little. WHO IS sat in second flight while four wide, chased wide in the final turn, and came up empty. LONGNECK showed little.
