Chart notes
BATTLESHIPPER vied for the lead with an inner foe from the two path, was cued passing the three-eighths pole, kicked on in the four path down the lane, edged clear around the final sixteenth pole, and held firm. LADY ZETA laid up close in the three path, continued under coaxing around the turn, floated out to the six path in upper stretch, and ran on to get the place bob. CLEARLY INISH had a slow start, trailed in the two path, was driven around the turn, kept on along the inside down the lane, tipped out to the three path passing the furlong grounds, and got up for show. VALIANT HONOR pressed the pace inside, came under pressure passing the five-sixteenths pole, dug in gamely from the two path in upper stretch, but faded in the final furlong. BELLY DANCE stalked in the four path, was cued passing the three-eighths pole, but made no impact from the five path down the stretch. HUMOR SENSE bumped with an outer foe at the start, tracked in the two path, was coaxed midway around the turn, but finished evenly in the four path down the lane. SORRY NOT SORRY bumped with an inner foe at the start, chased inside, was ridden around the turn, angled out to the six path in upper stretch, but did not threaten.
