Chart notes
MODEST KAY tracked the off the pace and off the rail down the backside, quickened stride leaving the quarter pole, three deep captured the leader nearing the sixteenth marker, kicked away with good energy for the score. COUNT THE FLOWERS broke alertly, quickly took control of the tempo leaving the club house turn, nursed the lead under crafty handling into the far turn, roused on leaving the furlong marker, conceded to outside rival nearing the sixteenth post, chased on late bested the rest. PRESHOW HYPE away in good order, chased the leader two wide into the far turn, hard ask off the rail leaving the furlong marker, evened out through the final stages held clear for the show. SAUCY BOSS saved ground mid-pack, sent to the attack along the rail around the far turn hit the rail in upper stretch, bid flattened out through the final sixteenth. ALICE'S MOON saved ground well off the pace, picked up the tempo shuffled off heels towards the rear of the field approaching the quarter pole, had no late punch. REECE'S DRAMA saved ground off the pace, put to task leaving the quarter pole, had no late response. MALIBU MISS stumbled badly at the start, under pressure chased the pace three wide into the far turn, weakened through the stretch.
