Chart notes
SASSI D was settled back through the early stages and came four to three wide around the turn and swung six wide into the upper then drifted in while dueling and proved best. BRITERDAYZAHEAD set the pace from the inside and slightly drifted at the furlong marker then dueled into the stretch with SASSI D but was outfinished in the final sixteenth. GAVEL settled back early in the two path and came three wide while advancing around the turn then slightly steadied at the furlong marker and settled for the show award. LOUDERMILK stalked the pace from the two path around the turn and came out four wide into the upper and but needed kick. ONE WHIRLWIND RIDE settled early and shifted up on the turn and tracked the pace from the inside but had no kick in the stretch. SATURDAY'S GOLD raced on mid-pack early from the three path and weakened nearing the quarter pole while coming out five wide into the upper. A STEWARDS INQUIRY WAS POSTED ALONG WITH JOCKEY OF GAVEL CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST BRITERDAYSAHEAD FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE NEAR THE EIGHTH POLE, AFTER A STEWARDS REVIEW THE CLAIM OF FOUL WAS DISALLOWED AND NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
