Chart notes
NICK'S NOTION was allowed to settle two wide, came under coaxing and moved out to advance four wide by the quarter pole, then closed fast in the final furlong to get up in the final sixty yards and edge clear to prove best under right handed crop urging. SIOUXSE was allowed to settle two wide, angled in leaving the seven sixteenths and made a rail bid to pull even leaving the quarter pole, then went clear by the three sixteenths and widened the margin by the furlong marker but was caught late and had to settle for being clearly second best. ETAWA (IRE) was well placed on the inside and then moved out to be two wide entering the far turn and came under a ride three wide by the quarter pole and came four wide off the turn and had no punch in the lane while besting the rest. LIEN ON HER was settled back and trailed on the inside, moved out to be three wide by the quarter pole and swung out six wide leaving the turn and improved late for the last spot in the superfecta. SOUL DANCE (GB) set the pace on the inside and then moved out to the two path on the far turn and was headed by the quarter pole and tired in the drive. PRINCESS CLEMMIE was allowed to settle along the inside and weakened. LOLO'S GIRL stalked the pace two wide and fell back on the far turn and stopped.
