Chart notes
WILDCAT EXPRESS made the lead soon after the start, set a pressured pace down the backstretch, shook clear on the turn, responded under left handed urging through mid stretch and won going away under a strong hand ride. GUNNER GABRIEL allowed to settle, moved up inside rivals on the turn, altered course three wide nearing the quarter pole and finished second best. GRAY DAY trailed through the turn and finished with good courage inside rivals. ELLIOT THE DRAGON with the second flight, went evenly. HIP HIP HOORAY failed to menace. RUN RED RUN pressured the winner two wide into the turn and was through after a half.
