Chart notes
WHITE MOUNTAIN , in close leaving the chute, regrouped and settled four wide, responded when given his cue leaving the far turn and rolled up three wide, engaged the leader mid turn, dueled on a slim lead in upper stretch, kept on under left handed encouragement and edged away through the final seventy yards. COBOCH gained a short lead outside and under rating, spurted away from an inner foe near the three eighths but was soon engaged by the outer winner, sparred into and through the lane, switched over to his correct lead near the sixteenth marker and gave way grudgingly. CAWKAB , coaxed inside heading to the turn, angled out, circled four wide into the stretch, made some progress near mid stretch, remained on the left lead and flattened out. MORO MAFIA was rated back from between horses early, chased three wide mid turn and weakened. KNICKS STORY moved up to the inside of runners early on and joined an outer COBOCH, disputed the pace to about the three eighths, failed to kick on soon after and faltered.
