Chart notes
GONZALO , a forward factor in the three path on the turn, eased out four deep approaching the stretch, challenged for the lead in upper stretch and drove clear late. NANO MAN remained along the inner rail, prompted the pace around the turn, challenged for the lead in mid stretch and faded in the drive. PARTY ON RUFUS disputed the pace from the three path to the stretch, remained on his left lead and weakened. STRAND ROAD bumped with SPURIOUS at the start, raced in the two path between horses on the turn, moved to the three path entering the stretch and lacked the necessary late response. CHAPERONE , four wide on the turn, angled to the inner rail in upper stretch and failed to rlly. SPURIOUS bumped with STRAND ROAD leaving the starting gate, disputed the pace between horses and weakened. QUAHOG REPUBLIC hugged the inner rail to the stretch, angled out and gave way.
