Chart notes
SPURGEON tracked from the four path, launched progress entering the turn, swept past the leaders coming to the five sixteenths pole then drew off under a drive. BON TEMPS pressed two wide, vied with nine sixteenths to go but got outkicked by an outer bidder reaching the five sixteenths pole, proved no match for that one then held place. EASY DIAL hesitated at the start, raced off of the pace in the four path, tucked to the two path before inching closer into the turn, chased between rivals at the five sixteenths pole then stayed on but was denied place. CARCAR EXPRESS stalked the leading pair from the inside into the backstretch, moved out to the three path with five furlongs to go, but got outmoved by an outer bidder at the three furlong pole, chased in the three to four path at the quarter pole then yielded. BAGG O TIME broke slowly, trailed along the inside and made little impact. SPECTACLE set the pace while tucking to the inside into the backstretch, vied with an outer presser at the nine sixteenths pole then weakened once inside of a pair of foes nearing the five sixteenths pole.
