Chart notes
WHISKEY AND EASY assumed command early and opened up while on the lead then was roused at the top of the stretch and responded well. DRILLING REPORT waited behind horses early then made a quick move along the rail for position at the 5/8 pole before angling out on the turn and was gaining into the lane then was able to hold on late for place. ALL WEST was allowed to settle early then made a steady advance while five wide and rallied into the lane, just missing place at the wire. DREWMAZING broke sharply then settled in the second flight before making a four wide bid into the lane but was outfinished. ONCOMING TRAIN was fractious in the post parade and was eager to challenge in the opening quarter before being held back to settle mid-pack, then was asked on the turn but tired. TAP TO CONNECT rated close up between horses early and chased into the turn then gave way along the inside in the lane.
