Chart notes
FLIRTY BAJAN rated off the pace around the first turn, given the queue vied three wide approaching the quarter pole, forged a very slim lead in upper stretch, shook off CALL SIGN and kicked away for the score. CALL SIGN hustled up into first turn, steadied in tight quarters while refusing rate around the first turn, settled down chased the leader inside into the far turn, sparred inside FLIRTY BAJAN leaving the furlong marker, no match for that rival nearing the sixteenth post, chased on late bested the rest. NO BRAKE NEEDED scrubbed along four wide mid-pack into the far turn, eased off the gas given a breather leaving the quarter pole, reengaged rallied between rivals through the final sixteenth, in time to claim the show. CAT FAST saved ground off the pace, quickened stride angled out five wide for clear run into the lane, bid flattened out through the final stages, edged out for the show. FINNY pressed five wide to keep pace down the backside, under pressure leaving the quarter pole, came up empty through the stretch. MY YOKE sent hard into the first turn, set the pace under pressure off the rail into the far turn, herded leaving the quarter pole, gave way through the stretch. GOLDEN SAND trailer down the backside, never threatened.
