Chart notes
ZIHNAL broke well laying on the pace through the backside edging to daylight on the far turn moving to a solid lead in upper stretch having plenty left the final eighth winning comfortably. TRENDSETTER gave a middle move racing inside to upper stretch angling out a bit nearing the sixteenth pole finishing a clear second best. BULL BY THE HORNS raced four wide under a drive on the far turn moving evenly down the lane under left hand urging. MAXIMUM EFFORT stalked the pace chasing through the far turn into upper stretch weakening there between horses. BAYTOWN DREAMER raced evenly losing ground to upper stretch proving no menace there six wide. J J GREY stalked the pace giving chase on the far turn fading in upper stretch. WAYNE'S LAW prompted the pace to the far turn ceding there wilting into upper stretch. NEHALEM was always outrun.
