Chart notes
RUNAWAY BREEZE pressed the pace from four wide the entire trip, moved fully engage the leader turning for home, vied the length of the stretch and prevailed in the final strides. BUCCHINI set the pace under steady pressure to midway on the turn, dueled nearing the quarter pole while being keept from bearing out by the rider, straighthened away in upper stretch to battle on the lead to the final yards and just missed in a game effort. TRIPLE SECRET slow away to be the trailer, circled seven wide at the top of the lane and rallied well belatedly to gain a share of the show. RED HOT SPARK reserved in hand to race mid-pack, angled six wide with a steady bid in upper stretch and finished well to split the show spot. ON RESERVE tracked the leaders to be well placed at the quarter pole and lacked a closing response. FLOAT AWAY stalked the leaders fo five-eighths and weakened in the final furlong. PINK CHANNEL was not a threat.
