Chart notes
TIME SONG was throwing head and hard to rate early while tracking the leader and then led briefly after the second hurdle and then jumped the third poorly and stalked the leader onto the far turn on the first circuit, then vied for command in the lane the first tum and drew clear on the first turn on the second circuit and drew off after the ninth jump on the far turn and then remained clear to the wire to prove best while being kept to pressure. THOMAS AQUINAS was reserved along the inside and made steady advance on the second circuit and finished well to be clearly second best. ROUNDTOP was void of early speed and trailed for the first circuit, advanced on the inside on the far turn and had a belated rally to gain the show award. GIVE IT A WHIRL set the pace early and was poor over the second jump and then regained the lead after the third fence, then vied for command nearing the finish line the first time, then chased the winner down the backside and tired in the lane. MOON SKY (FR) was allowed to settle along the inside but had no rally. DAY AND AGE chased the pace on the first circuit and weakened then tired. CONSOLATION PRIZE was settled back early and failed to menace. LIGHTUP LIGHTUP was reserved two to three wide and never threatened. MICKEY SHILLELAGH was settled two wide early and then dropped to the inside on the far turn and tired. T REX was settled two to three wide on the first circuit and dropped back then stopped.
