Chart notes
SHE'S A DANCER came in at the break, stalked outside horses down the backstretch, remained outside rivals around the turn, over took PARIS BY NIGHT inside the sixteenth pole and drove clear. PARIS BY NIGHT broke alertly, cruised around the turn while well off the rail, was clear in mid stretch then gave way near the sixteenth pole. BOURBON N MUSIC bore out on rivals leaving the backstretch, chased the pace and weakened. SWEET BOURBON TEA stayed along the inner rail, pursued the leader around the turn and weakened. SMOKIE MIST , caught in close quarters between horses leaving the backstretch, circled the turn four wide and failed to menace. MISSELEANOR remained along the inner rail throughout and was not a factor. BANGKOK BLAZE , in close quarters between horses leaving the backstretch, gave way and was eased.
