Chart notes
SILVER ZAPPER bobbled out of the gate in front, set all the pace, widened into the stretch under left handed urging and lasted under strong handling, lasted. LOWELLS LEGACY broke outward bumping hard with JACE, was never far back, swung widest at the top of the stretch, rallied determinedly under strong left handed urging drifting in through deep stretch and was steadily cutting into the winner advantage while nearly clipping heels with that one at the wire. BAY JA BLUE was bumped then squeezed between rivals at the start, trailed into the stretch then improved position six wide. SPRING RIVER failed to menace. MARKAWAY chased the early pace five wide, offered a mild bid two wide midway on the turn, kept on into the stretch then came up empty. DUBLIN TIME broke inward bumping hard with BAY JA BLUE at the start, was a sharp threat into the turn then weakened. JACE bumped at the start, vied for the lead three wide then along the inside through the turn and gave way in the stretch. EVERYNOWANDTHEN hit the gate missing the break and was no factor. THE STEWARDS POSTED THE INQUIRY SIGN BUT TOOK NO ACTION.
