Chart notes

MAJOR PAYNE set the pace in the two path, dueled inside of IT'S LATER BURT around the turn, was headed by that foe near the five-sixteenths pole, dug in inside of that foe, vied to the wire and prevailed. IT'S LATER BURT pressed the winner in the three path, took the lead near the five-sixteenths pole, dueled outside through the lane, stayed on the left lead until deep stretch, battled to the wire and just missed. AHOOGA raced off the pace outside, continued on the left lead in the lane and ran on for the show. NO SOY BORRACHO had early speed inside, settled back off the top two finishers midway down the backstretch, angled out to chase in the four path around turn and was one-paced through the lane. HUNTING FOR GOLD failed to menace while racing four wide. GRACE'S HANK trailed outside.
