Chart notes
MAD EYE'S HONOR showed speed along the inner rail, dropped back a bit on the turn, eased out to the three path turning for home and was up at the wire. SOUL BAND rushed up between horses after breaking slowly, dueled between horses on the turn, moved to the inner rail in the stretch, dueled, brushed with VENTUROUS in the drive and tired. VENTUROUS , four deep, challenged for the lead on the turn, battled outside SOUL BAND in the stretch, brushed with that one and tired. CONCHO , four wide on the turn, lacked the necessary late effort. SOUND CHECK , checked on heels along the inner rail entering the turn, dropped back, swung to the five path in upper stretch and closed. ROSEBANK RED was outrun. FIRST SERGEANT raced in the three path between horses on the turn and dropped back. ROCKYROAD raced in the two path on the turn and gave way.
