Chart notes
STICKUPWITHOUTAGUN was bumped lightly in the hindquarters just after the start, displayed speed on the outside of INTO THE LIGHT in the two path on the first turn, went clear when that foe was taken back late on that bend, showed the way while well rated in the two path, extended the advantage on the far turn, responded well when roused into the stretch, came under a left-handed crop while a bit further out in the track outside the furlong marker, switched to a right-handed crop outside the sixteenth-pole, swapped back to his inside lead late and held under steady handling. INTO THE LIGHT was hustled from the gate, showed speed along the rail while inside of the winner on the first turn, was taken back off the pace late on that bend, settled just behind the pacesetter on the backstretch, moved from the inside to the three path while roused on the far turn, pursued the winner while remaining on his inside lead in upper stretch, swapped to the proper lead after being pulled in by the rider inside the furlong marker, continued after the winner to the finish and secured the place. JETS RIO broke out and bumped with BOLD LOVE, moved from the three path to the four path early on the first turn then dropped to the two path, was reserved off the pace, raced inside to the two path while asked on the far turn, was driven into the stretch in the four path and lacked the needed kick while well clear for the show. BOLD LOVE was bumped at the start and forced into another foe then checked while squeezed back, spotted the front several lengths, dropped from the two path to the inside on the opening bend, settled at the rear, came under urging late on the backstretch, moved from the four path to the five path early on the far turn, was brushed by FIRST BLESSING with three furlongs to run, dropped back to the four path before the five-sixteenths pole, spun into the stretch in the five path and lacked the needed response. FIRST BLESSING raced in the two to three path early on the first turn then moved to the four path, settled on the outside, came under encouragement outside the half-mile pole, was ridden along in the four path early on the far turn, came out a bit and brushed with BOLD LOVE at the three-eighths pole, dropped to the three path later on that bend, came out to the five path into the stretch then moved further out and failed to respond. WHO'S YOUR ZADDY was hustled from the gate, moved from the four path to the three path on the first turn, tracked the pace on the outside, was given his cue outside the half-mile pole, came up empty in the three then two path on the far turn and retreated then was eased in the final furlong but walked off.
