Chart notes
MAGIC BEAM was off a step slow and trailed on the inside, advanced between rivals on the turn and two to four wide, came five wide off the turn and then moved in by the furlong marker and closed well inside off rivals to get up under a drive. PANAMA CANAL was well rated two wide and came under some coaxing by the five-sixteenths and eased out to the three path nearing the quarter pole and came four wide off the turn and finished well in the final furlong but was out-kicked by the winner while gaining the place award. KIMMY GOT GLASSES dueled for the lead on the inside on the first turn, then let the outside rival go and move out to the two path to stalk that rivals and made a two wide bid to take over by the quarter pole and then moved out to the three to four path while clear by the furlong marker but was caught late in between rivals losing the place award on the wire. FOR KEEPS was allowed to settle two wide on the first turn, three to five wide on the far turn and came six wide into the lane but had no late punch. OENOPHILIA was rated along the inside and made a mild bid two wide leaving the turn but flattened out. CHICOCO dueled for the lead two wide and then went on to show the way down the backside and move to the inside but was headed nearing the quarter pole and tired.
