MO DIAMANTES broke a step slow, gave chase from inside, moved into second on the turn, went two wide into the lane, rallied to the front in upper stretch, fought with SIRNAMI then with outer pair late and dug in to prevail. SIRNAMI chased between rivals up the backstretch, took the turn two to three wide, challenged in upper stretch, fought outside MO DIAMANTES through the final furlong and came up just short. THROWTHEFIRSTPUNCH chased three deep up the backstretch, altered out at the five-sixteenths pole, angled back toward the inside and chased two to three wide turning for home, rallied outside the top pair in deep stretch and finished a game third. DELANEYS DREAMER fought inside a trio of rivals holding a slim advantage, moved clear on the turn, lost command in upper stretch and weakened in the late stages. MODEST A. P. was off slow to begin, trailed on the inside into the turn, went two wide into the stretch, swung out at the top of the lane and passed tired rivals. BELLO ROSSO came in to bump a rival shortly after the start, settled outside a runner, took the turn two wide and failed to rally. CHAMPS OURAE broke in and bumped twice in the beginning, sat off the pace on the inside, saved ground to the stretch and failed to menace. OM GROWN TOMATOES got bumped leaving the gate, vied three deep between runners to the turn, got forced out and had to take up at the five-sixteenths pole, angled back to the three path and could not rally in the lane. FAIR QUESTION bumped between rivals shortly after the start, fought for the lead four deep up the backstretch, lost contact with the leader into the turn, got forced very wide around the bend, steered back in to travel four wide into the lane and was not persevered with in the late stages. HE GOT LIT vied between rivals in the opening stages, lugged out badly midway around the turn and could not recover.
